Living in France, and after our commercial property having been listed for too long (7 years) on MLS and residential sites, we figured that we had to change our strategy completely and go for a confirmed specialist in commercial and retail sales. We had been referred by friends to different brokers, and it wasn’t easy to take a decision. We finally found the right person in Paula Quesnel-Jerman from DGNY Commercial, "Daniel Gale commercial division," and had decided to go with her. Then our property no longer appeared on MLS but only on dedicated, commercial websites targeting retail investors all around the country. It appeared to be the right strategy : immediately we had a first offer. However, with the zoning being very restrictive, it also had to be the right activity, and Paula had to search for another buyer. She found it very fast : 3 weeks only after the tenants left, we were under contract. I wanted to thank Paula for her high professionalism throughout this complicated sale process.
